Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. You can cancel at any time. If on an annual plan you will be eligible for a pro rata refund minus the annual discount.
Are there any extra costs?
You will need a domain and a professional business email is advised too (you can but this from your domain provider).
To keep costs low we have not included the cost of AI, emails or messages in the plan so people only pay for what they use. We have however kept the cost at what we are charged plus the card handling fee. 1000 emails costs less than a pound so even as you grow the cost is negligible.
I won’t use all the features is it still worth me signing up?
Absolutely, most other tools cost more than your monthly subscription for just one feature. This platform will grow as you grow and you can add more features as you go. Most mailing software costs/website builders cost more than this for just the one feature.
We have added all features to the account without adding extra charges in the interests of providing good value while being reassuringly stable in what you get. There is no paying more as you grow so you know exactly where you stand.
Will I own my content?
Yes, you legally own any content you create or upload to PWC Tech for Success. We have no rights or desire to use your content.
We have added some content for you and you are free to use that without prejudice for the duration of your subscription to the platform.
